Small shop owners know their goods are selling, but not how much they actually earn: revenue goes in a notebook, expenses are not recorded at all. We built a point of sale that keeps the books at the same time: every transaction reduces stock, every cost counts, and net profit appears automatically. Receipts can be printed or sent to the customer on WhatsApp, and staff only see what they need to see.
The challenge
Leuca de Perfume recorded sales by hand. Receipts were written out manually,
and some purchases slipped through without being recorded at all. The owner
had no cash flow picture they could trust when deciding on the next round of
stock.
What we built
TokoKu now runs the shop's entire daily operation. Sales go straight into the
app, and receipts reach the buyer from that same app instead of being written
out again.
The result
Because every transaction lands in one place, cash flow is available at any
moment from a phone. The owner knows how much is safe to spend on the next
round of stock, and managing working capital stops being guesswork.
